Bubble wrap and air-filled pouches used for packing in cardboard boxes are not recyclable in local recycling programs, however they can be reused to wrap items for shipping or storage. If you don’t need it, perhaps someone you know can. If you must dispose of bubble wrap and other air-filled pouches, put them in the garbage.

Tip: Save space in your garbage by cutting or 'popping' the pouches.
